But this car is actually from a collection (Finest Car Collection) that is freely distributed over the net.

Even the textures are the same. A support ticket was opened for this model, but TS says no copyright has been infringed on this. Of course its a free model, no one will claim Copyrights. So what about TS policy on selling free model.?
